This website

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The only forms are the trial signup and the contact form, covered below. The infrastructure that serves the site keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability; we do not use them to identify visitors.

When you contact us

Booking a walkthrough, signing up for a trial or sending the form below reaches us as an ordinary email. We keep your name, email address and what you wrote so we can reply and follow up about Vayora. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. Ask us to delete the thread and we will.

The Vayora product

The application at app.vayora.co is a separate service with its own agreement. Customer data in the product is processed under contract with your agency, with the core platform hosted in the EU (AWS, Ireland), role-based access and audit history. Some specialist providers process limited data outside the UK and EU. Our standard data processing agreement is being finalised; ask and we will send it as soon as it is ready, and we will walk through the security setup on any call.

The Vayora Chrome extension

The extension is for recruiters who use Vayora. It works only while you are signed in to your Vayora account, and everything it saves goes to your agency’s Vayora account and nowhere else.

What it reads:

The LinkedIn profile, company or job you have open, while the Vayora side panel or Kit panel is showing. It asks your Vayora account whether that person is already there and offers to save them as a candidate, contact, client or role. Nothing is saved until you press save.
A job advert or company page on another site, only when you press Read it, and only on sites you have allowed in Chrome. The text goes to Vayora, where an AI provider that works for us under contract picks out the role title, company and location for you to check before saving.
Your LinkedIn messages and sequence steps. Replies to your LinkedIn messages appear in your Vayora inbox, and the LinkedIn steps of your Vayora sequences (connection requests, messages and profile visits) are carried out from your own LinkedIn session while you have LinkedIn open, at a human pace.

Finding contact details. When you press Find email or Find mobile, Vayora sends the person’s name, employer and LinkedIn profile address to a data enrichment provider that works for us under contract, and adds any work email address or phone number it returns to the record.

On your device. The extension keeps your Vayora sign-in and your display settings in Chrome on this device only. It never sees your LinkedIn or Vayora password, it does not collect your browsing history, and it runs no code from anywhere but the extension itself.

Data from the extension is treated like the rest of your agency’s Vayora data: hosted in the EU, visible only to your agency, never sold and never used for advertising. Our use of it follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Signing out removes your sign-in from the device, and you can remove the extension from Chrome at any time; records you saved stay in your agency’s account until you delete them or ask us to.

VYR Labs Ltd is the controller for the personal data this notice describes. Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, and ask us to correct or delete it. For any of that, or anything unclear here, use the form below and it lands with the founder. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
