This website
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There are no signup forms. The infrastructure that serves the site keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability; we do not use them to identify visitors.
When you contact us
Booking a walkthrough or emailing us sends an ordinary email to kristian@vayora.co. We keep your name, email address and what you wrote so we can reply and follow up about Vayora. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. Ask us to delete the thread and we will.
The Vayora product
The application at www.vayora.co is a separate service with its own agreement. Customer data in the product is processed under contract with your agency, hosted in the UK/EU, with role-based access and audit history. A data processing agreement is available on request, and we will walk through the security setup on any call.
Your rights and how to reach us
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, and ask us to correct or delete it. For any of that, or anything unclear here, email kristian@vayora.co. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
