AI is only as good as the database underneath it.
Most systems are bolting AI onto records that have been decaying for a decade: salaries from 2019, notice periods that expired years ago, four versions of the same person. Point a model at that and it will answer confidently and be wrong. The model is not the problem. The data is.
We built it the other way round. The AI is not a layer on top of the database, it is what keeps the database true, so the record improves every time you work rather than drifting further from reality.
Your calls write the record
Kit reads the call note and updates what changed: salary, day rate, notice period, location, current title, and whether they want perm or contract. The thing you already said stops needing to be typed twice.

Who is Vayora for?
Recruitment agencies only: owners and consultants running permanent and contract desks. It is not built for in-house talent teams, and it is better for it.
What does Kit actually do?
Kit reads your notes, call transcripts and email replies, then drafts what follows: follow-up tasks, candidate profile updates, chase-ups, regret emails and spec-out intros. Everything waits for your approval before it moves.
Does it handle contract as well as perm?
Yes. Contract desks are first-class rather than an afterthought bolted onto a perm system, and both run side by side on one database. We will show you how it works on your own desk rather than describing it here.

That is the right question, and it is why we did not build AI as a layer on top of a database. Kit updates the record as you work: what changed on the call is written back, checked against a confidence gate first, with the previous value and who changed it kept. Duplicates merge during import rather than becoming a cleanup project, and gaps fill from enrichment. The database gets truer the more you use it, which is the opposite of what happens when AI is bolted onto a system built for storage.
What does it cost?
Per seat, on one of three tiers sized to the agency: Desk, Agency and Group. Every tier has the whole platform and Kit; what changes is the seat band and the service around it.
