Where Crelate is strong

  • Published pricing from $85 a user a month, with AI on every plan including a sourcing agent across a very large external database.
  • Crelate Deliver: hours collected and approved against assignments, client invoices from approved time, and payroll exports in the provider's format.
  • Ease of use, setup and support are the consistent positives across a large review base.

Where we are built differently

  • Data is hosted in the United States and the prices are in dollars. We are a UK company hosted in Ireland with pounds on the page.
  • Email campaigns, texting, e-signature, enrichment and the insights agents each carry an additional fee. Our Pro includes the note taker, enrichment credits, calling and texting.
  • Deliver is a US pay-and-bill shape, built around W2 and 1099 workers and payroll exports. Self-billing to a UK limited company is not something it describes; ours is built around it.

AI-native or bolted on

Where the AI sits

AI on every plan, including an external sourcing agent, with the insights agents, enrichment, texting and MCP sold separately and the data hosted in the United States. Kit runs inside a UK-hosted desk and does the whole loop in the Pro price: the call to the record to the ranked book to the draft to the filed reply, through to the fee set from signed terms.

When Crelate is the right choice

If you are a US search or staffing firm, or a UK firm whose clients and contractors are American, and you want AI on every plan with a US back office behind it. For that firm Crelate is a sensible choice.

What Crelate users say they would change

From public reviews and Crelate’s own stated scope, sourced below.

  • Add-on costs: email campaigns, text messaging, e-signature and contact enrichment carry an additional fee, and 'additional costs for add-ons can add up'.
  • Reporting and performance: 'harder to get information out of the system than to put it in'; a 2025 review cites slow search.
  • US-only hosting and USD pricing, with no UK office or UK job boards listed.
