Where Vincere is strong

  • Native contract back office: timesheets, approvals, invoicing, self-bill invoices for limited-company and umbrella placements, and profit split per invoice.
  • Part of a large UK software group, with a published entry price in pounds on a rolling 30-day basis for small teams.
  • A broad AI layer across the suite: copilot questions on pipeline and revenue, candidate scoring, summaries, speccing and automation agents.

Where we are built differently

  • The pay and bill a contract desk needs is an add-on to the Pro tier. Pro shows £85 a user a month, but its pricing is 'not a flat per-seat rate', and the add-on has no price on the page. Ours runs perm and contract to paid on both plans, with the price on the page.
  • Evo is a suite-wide AI layer sold as add-ons on top of the plan. Kit is one agent that lives in every workflow and learns from the desk it is already on.
  • It is built for a range that runs from startups to global enterprises. We are built for small and mid-sized agencies placing perm and contract, not for the enterprise end of a group.

AI-native or bolted on

Where the AI sits

Access Evo is a suite-wide AI layer across dozens of Access products, with copilot questions, screening chatbots, candidate scoring, summaries and automation agents; in Vincere the AI is sold as add-ons from the Core plan up. Kit is built only for the recruitment desk and lives in every workflow: the call becomes the record, the record ranks the book, the draft is written in your voice, and all of it acts inside four lanes of control you set per action.

When Vincere is the right choice

If you want a full front-to-back office from a large UK group, with umbrella and PAYE workers alongside limited-company contractors and a sister payroll product behind it. That breadth is real, and we do not match it on the umbrella and PAYE side.

What Vincere users say they would change

From public reviews and Vincere’s own stated scope, sourced below.

  • Billing and contract complaints on Trustpilot, including a direct debit overcharge and 'inconsistent interpretations of the same contractual wording'.
  • Capterra reviewers mention glitches, a shallow Broadbean integration and onboarding difficulty in a 2024 review.
  • Pro shows £85 a user a month, but its pricing is 'not a flat per-seat rate'; the add-ons, pay and bill and the AI among them, carry no price on the page; deeper training is at additional cost.

Questions

Does Vincere publish its pricing?
Partly: £150 flat fee for a single user (Startup) and £95 per user a month (Core, two to seven users), both on a '30-day rolling basis'; Pro, for more than seven users, shows £85 per user a month, but its pricing is 'not a flat per-seat rate'; the add-ons, AI and pay and bill among them, carry no price on the page. Vayora: every price on the page.
Does Vincere run contract pay and bill?
Native: temp and contract management with timesheets is an add-on on Core and 'Pay & Bill, built in' an add-on on Pro; the help centre covers invoicing, self-bill invoices for limited-company and umbrella placements and profit split per invoice; full payroll through the sister product Access FastTrack360 Evo. Vayora runs it natively, to the self-bill and the client invoice; the pay and bill glossary entry explains the terms.
How long does moving from Vincere to Vayora take?
An import rather than a project on our side. On Vincere's side, its own guidance: 'Scoped to what your team genuinely needs': a self-guided setup to 'get live the same day' and Startup 'Live in 48 hours'; guided implementation an add-on on Core and full-service implementation an add-on on Pro; deeper training 'Additional costs apply'; no fee amounts published.
