Vayora vs Atlas
The other AI-native entrant, aimed up-market at enterprise and executive search, built around capturing every conversation.
We have not written a page that says Atlas is bad. It is a real product with real customers, and an agency owner can tell within a paragraph when a comparison is written in bad faith. What follows is structural: what each system is organised around, and what that makes easy or hard.
Where Atlas is strong
- A sharp central idea: it captures calls, emails and messages into one living record, so the agent works from the whole context rather than the structured fields alone.
- A broad, well-marketed set of agents, including salary intelligence drawn from your own communications and scoring on business-development deals.
- Founder pedigree and an enterprise, executive-search focus that suits large firms.
Where we are built differently
- It is pitched at enterprise search and sold through a gated demo, with the product shown mostly as static screenshots. We are built to be tried on your own desk, and lean mid-market and owner-led.
- Contract billing is a thin part of the picture. Our finance engine runs perm and contract to paid as a first-class capability.
- We put the owner in explicit control of what the agent may do unasked: four lanes, capped for anything client-facing, with one tap to undo. That control model is central to how Kit is allowed to act.
When you should not pick us
You run a temp desk on agency PAYE
We support perm and contract placements, with contractors engaged through their own limited company. Agency PAYE payroll and high-volume temp scheduling are not what this is.
You need enterprise VMS integrations
If your revenue depends on connections into client vendor-management systems, the incumbents have a decade of that work behind them and we do not.
You want software that never has an opinion
Kit proposes things. It files notes, drafts outreach and ranks shortlists, and you accept or reject. If you want a filing cabinet that waits to be told, that is a legitimate preference and not this product.
You want to buy from a large vendor
We are small and early. You will get the people who built it on your calls, which is an advantage right up until you want a global support desk and a procurement portal.
