Vayora MCP tools for meetings and activity
Ask what was said in the meetings and calls the note taker captured, search across transcripts and Kit's notes, and read the activity recorded on the workspace in the last day or week.
Written by the Vayora team. Updated 29 October 2026.

What the note taker's record holds
list_meetings returns recent meetings and calls, newest first, with who they were with and the candidate, client or role each is linked to. It can be narrowed to one candidate, client or role, and looks back 30 days by default and up to 365. get_meeting_notes opens one meeting in full: the participants, the notes Kit drafted from it and the transcript.
Two details matter for trust. Each of Kit's notes is returned with its review status, so a draft nobody has accepted is not presented to the user as fact. And the transcript is redacted before it leaves Vayora, and capped by a character limit that defaults to 6,000 and goes up to 40,000, or to zero if only the notes are wanted.
Searching across calls and reading the timeline
search_meetings looks through transcripts, on-screen text, Kit's insights and drafts across the whole workspace, over 90 days by default and up to two years. Each hit names the meeting and where the match came from, and get_meeting_notes then opens the whole call. list_recent_activity is the digest question: what has happened on the account in the last 24 hours by default, up to seven days, such as stage changes and notes. It is a read of the workspace's activity events, not a log of the assistant's own calls.
What to ask
These are the kind of messages a recruiter types into Claude or ChatGPT once Vayora is connected. The assistant chooses the tools itself.
- What did the client say about budget in the call with Harlow Group last week?
- Search my calls from the last two months for anyone who mentioned a counter offer.
- Summarise the notes from yesterday's call with Priya Shah, and tell me which ones nobody has accepted yet.
- What has happened on the account since yesterday morning?
Common questions
- Are meeting transcripts redacted?
- Yes. The transcript returned by get_meeting_notes is redacted, and the amount returned is capped. Kit's notes arrive with their review status, so the assistant can tell an accepted note from an unreviewed draft.
- Can the assistant record or join a meeting?
- No. These tools read meetings the note taker has already captured. They cannot start, join or schedule one.
- Does it write anything back to a meeting?
- No. All four tools are read-only. A note about a call goes on the candidate, client or deal with the add note tools covered on the other pages.
- How far back can it look?
- Listing meetings goes back up to 365 days and searching them up to 730. The activity digest covers up to seven days.
Every tool acts as the person who connected it, inside their own workspace. The MCP overview covers connecting, the read and write split and limits. The developers page has the API and webhooks, integrations lists the rest of what Vayora connects to, and ATS or CRM for a recruitment agency explains why the records sit in one place.
